Is this site secure?
Absolutely!! Once you click the Check Out Button you will enter the secure section of this site. This section is protected by a 128 bit security encryption. This ensures that information cannot be read by others over the internet. Note: even though the connection is secure please ensure that you have the most up to date anti virus software. To see more about or security certificate, double click on the padlock icon that will appear on the bottom of the browser window.

How do I place an online order?
This site supports full e-commerce. You are able to place an order and pay, all online. We will then process your order and deliver it to your door. The first step is to Sign Up. Once signed Up, click the Check Out button. You will be faced with the Payment Page that will allow you to select the payment and delivery options. Click the Submit button and the order will be confirmed. For more help click here.

How do I pay?
There are two options for payment these options are Credit Card and Direct Deposit. You can pay with your credit card right here on our web site. The credit card will be verified with the payment gate way (PayGate). Once accepted the order will immediately be processed. Direct Deposit orders will be process in much the same way, however we require the funds to be cleared in our account before we process your order. For more on the payment options click here.

How do I create a quote from my basket?
The process is exactly the same as an actual purchase. You will still need to sign up and click on the check out button. At the payment page you will see an option under the "Select Payment" options called "No Obligation Quotation". Select this option. You will now be able to submit your order as a Quotation. At the next screen you will be able to print out an official quotation for your administrative needs. Note: the prices quoted are subject to change without notice. You will need to add the items to the shopping basket and check out again for us to process your order.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Allow up to 48 hours processing time for your order. For same day delivery in the Cape Town area, please contact us first. Also note that some items are subject to availability and will effect the delivery times. For the most up to date information please contact us. In the payment page you will be allowed to select the delivery option that best suites you. We use Berco Express to deliver all national deliveries. I don't live in South Africa, can I still shop here?
We regrettably do not ship to destinations out side of South Africa. We do allow you to arrange your own international shipping company to collect the orders from us however we do always charge 14% VAT. You are also able to select a local delivery destination, making it suitable for gifts.

Ordering online is easy and this guide is designed to help you if you get stuck.

The Shopping Basket is your own personal "Virtual Shopping Trolley" like the one you would use in a real shop. Just like a real trolley, you can add items and remove items. Use the (Add to Basket) icons, throughout the web site, to add an item to your trolley. Use the (Delete Item) icon to remove the respective item from the shopping basket. If you would like to start again you can clear the entire contents of you shopping basket by clicking on the "Clear" button.

Being a virtual environment, this means that we have built in some added features that you would not find in a real shopping trolley. The (Selected) checkbox is for those of you who can never decide which one you really want. (Sound familiar!!) Disable the checkbox to leave the item in the trolley but exclude it from the list of items to buy. You will not be charged for these items if the box is unchecked.

If you would like more of the same item, use the quantity field to set the number and then click the Update Totals button to effect these changes.

Once you have completed all your "PC Shopping", the next step (like in a real store) is to proceed to the check-out and pay for the items. Click the Check Out button to take you to the shipping and payment page.

Please Note: Your order is ONLY competed when the "Order Confirmation" page appears stating that your order was completed successfully.
